Founder & Lead Interior Designer
My name is Kristina Mur (Muradyan is my full surname), and I am the founder and lead interior designer at ESQUISE.
I was born and educated in Sochi, where I studied environmental design.
I dreamed of becoming a designer from the age of 15, when I first watched a television programme about renovation and interior design. From that moment on, my passion for the profession never faded.
From the age of eight, I also spent nine years studying at an art school. This experience brought me closer to my dream profession and helped me develop my artistic skills and understanding of art.
At first, I never imagined I would have a studio of my own. It seemed like something beyond my reach. I began by working independently, which gave me the freedom to develop my own creative approach, gain experience and learn from my mistakes. After seven years in the industry, I had gained extensive experience and, I believe, found my own distinctive style in interior design.

Artur Dilanyan
Technical Design Specialist | 3D Visualisation, Technical Drawings & BIM Modelling
My name is Artur Dilanyan, and I oversee the technical aspects of each project, including 3D visualisation, technical drawings and BIM modelling. I have over seven years of professional experience, including more than five years specialising in professional 3D visualisation.
I hold a degree in architecture and interior design and continually work to develop my professional skills. I also teach 3D visualisation.
I develop each project within a single BIM model, which serves as the basis for photorealistic visualisations, technical drawings and specifications. This keeps every part of the project consistent. Whenever a change is made, it is reflected throughout the documentation, reducing discrepancies and the need for manual revisions.
This gives you three important advantages: you can see your future interior before renovation begins, contractors receive precise drawings that leave no room for guesswork, and cost estimates are based on actual dimensions and quantities. What you see in the visualisation is what we aim to deliver in the finished interior.

Construction & Renovation Manager | From Initial Works to Final Handover
My name is Mikhail Papazyan, and I oversee the entire renovation process, turning a completed interior design project into a finished space — from the initial demolition to the final handover.
I have ten years of experience in construction and renovation. My work includes apartment renovations, house construction and commercial interiors. I am familiar with every stage of a project, from the bare structural shell to the final finishes.
My responsibilities include:
I work from the technical drawings prepared by the studio, so contractors do not have to guess on site. Every dimension, electrical outlet and construction detail is planned and documented in advance.

Design Questionnaire
Every client receives a detailed questionnaire about their future interior. Before creating the first sketches, we learn about your preferences, habits and needs. For renovation projects, we also discuss your timeline, budget and preferred materials.
On-Site Measurements
We assess your requirements and take accurate measurements of the property. This allows us to determine the scope of work and estimate costs more precisely, especially for renovation projects.
Furniture & Equipment Layout
Using your questionnaire and the site measurements, we develop a furniture and equipment layout. We review it with you and make any necessary adjustments before final approval.
BIM Model & 3D Visualisations
We create a unified digital model of your property and use it to produce detailed, photorealistic visualisations of every room from multiple angles. You can see how your interior will look before work begins, while the technical drawings and specifications remain coordinated with the design.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
The technical package includes construction drawings, utility connection layouts and construction details. This documentation allows us to estimate renovation costs accurately and monitor the work throughout implementation.
Cost Estimate, Contract & Schedule
We calculate the cost of labour, materials, furniture and other interior elements. For turnkey renovations, we agree on the contract, work schedule and payment terms in advance, so you know what will be done, when it will happen and how much it will cost.
Structural Preparation & Building Services
This stage includes demolition, partition walls, floor screeds, plastering, electrical installations, plumbing, heating and ventilation. Our renovation manager oversees the work on site, while the designer checks that everything follows the approved design.
Finishing Works
This stage covers tiling, flooring, ceilings, painting, doors, and the installation of plumbing fixtures and lighting. Each stage is inspected against a quality checklist before the next one begins.
Materials, Furniture & Accessories
We select and procure materials, furniture, lighting and decorative accessories according to the project specifications. We coordinate deliveries and check the quality of items upon arrival.
Design Supervision & Quality Control
We monitor workmanship and project timelines throughout the renovation. You receive regular photo updates and stay informed about progress on site. Design supervision helps ensure that the finished interior remains faithful to the approved design and visualisations.
Final Inspection & Handover
We carry out the final inspection, address any outstanding issues and hand over the keys. You receive a completed interior in accordance with the agreed project, together with a warranty on the work performed.
